Thank you to the Three Rivers RC&D Council Members, Technical Advisors, Staff and Partners for Making 2010 a success. In the past 27 years I have had the opportunity to serve as Technical Advisor, Council Member, and Treasurer of Three Rivers RC&D and I am now honored to serve you as President. I look forward to playing a major role in all the great things Three Rivers will be accomplishing in the future.
This year’s Business Plan is a reflection of how far Three Rivers has come since 1972. We strive every year to improve the quality of our
Natural Resources in Northwest Florida and it would not be possible without the Council, Technical Advisors, Conservation Districts, Partners,
and County Commissions.
I would also like to thank our State Conservationist, Carlos Suarez, Assistant State Conservationist, Tessa Chadwick, and Area
Conservationist, Jeff Norville for their unwavering support to the Three Rivers RC&D program.
I look forward to making 2011 an outstanding year.
