Steve Duncan, president of Three Rivers RC&D, participated in an Environmental Education Program presented to second graders of Bratt Elementary School, held at the Langley Bell 4-H Center.  The Escambia County school children had the chance to learn about animal skeletons and how to identify a variety of area tree species.
