Mission Statement
The Three Rivers Resource Conservation & Development Council, Inc. is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization set up to conserve the Natural Resources and to improve the overall economic condition of citizens in Northwest Florida. The Council is composed of representatives from the County Commissions, Soil and water Conservation districts and three members-at-large in each of the following counties: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Bay, Washington, and Holmes Counties in Florida.
These priority areas have been targeted to improve the quality of life for Citizens in Northwest Florida in 2006:
