The Three Rivers Resource Conservation & Development Council, Inc. is composed of representatives from the Perdido Bay Tribe of Southeastern Lower Muscogee Creek Indians, Soil and Water Conservation Districts and three members-at-large in each of the following Florida counties: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Bay, Washington, and Holmes.
These priority areas are targeted to improve the quality of life for citizens in Northwest Florida:
